MSNBC, carving out a niche as having the weirdest, most obviously deranged on-air "talent" must have been pleased with Chris Matthews' performance Tuesday night in which he referred to the Larry Craig "Memorial Bathroom".
Rumors that it is Saturday Night Live's Darrell Hammond and not actually Matthews in the video above have not, as of yet, been proven.
